What are "Inner Wires" & "Outer Wires"?

Inner wires refer to the combination of wires, cables, and connectors used for connections inside machine equipment, such as wire-to-board or wire-to-wire connections. These wires are selected based on the specific requirements of the environment, such as high-temperature resistance, flexibility, or durability, and may include materials like halogen-free wire, silicone wire, or other specialized types.

Outer wires, on the other hand, are used for connections between devices. In addition to the wire and connector specifications, outer wires often include protective features like injection molding strain relief (SR) to prevent damage from external forces or environmental factors. Common examples of outer wires include USB cables, D-SUB cables, DC power cables, and outdoor waterproof cables.

In Linpo, both inner and outer wires are carefully designed to meet the functional and environmental demands of their specific applications, ensuring reliable performance and durability.
